What We Do

Repairs, custom parts, welding, and hydraulics

Repaired shaft or housing on the bench

Machine Repair and Rebuild

Worn, broken, and out of spec components brought back to working condition. Shafts, housings, and mechanical parts restored so the equipment runs again. When a new part is slow or gone, we repair the one you have.

Custom and One-Off Parts

When the replacement no longer exists, we make it. From a sample, a print, or the broken original, we machine the part you cannot buy. One piece or a small run, built to fit.

Welding and Fabrication

Repair welding, brazing, and cutting, plus brackets, frames, guards, and custom steel work. We fix what cracked and build what you need from scratch.

Meet the Owner

You talk to the person doing the work

Larry Carroll owns and runs Norwood Machine. He came up through concrete and welding, went out on his own in 2002, and bought the shop about six years ago. He still does the work. When you call, you talk to the person who will machine your part. He will tell you straight whether a repair is worth doing, what it will take, and when you can expect it back. No layers, no runaround, no call center.
