A cylinder comes in leaking, a discontinued part needs to be made, something breaks that nobody else wants to touch. That is the day. I want people who can look at a problem, think it through, and own it to the finish. I will back your judgment and I expect you to use it. If you take pride in a part that goes back out right, you will fit here.

A different job every day. Repairs, one-offs, and problems that take thinking. You will not run the same part for a month.

Someone who finishes what they start, asks when they are unsure, and cares whether the customer's equipment runs. Skill matters. Judgment matters more.
Why this shop
A lot of shops have closed. This one has not. Seventy years in business, since 1954. Stability is worth something in this trade.
